A link or clickable link is nothing more than a picture
or group of words that allow you to go somewhere else if selected. Below
are three different types of links. #1 is a link from this page back to
a specific page within this web site in which you click on the picture
not the words. #2 is also a link from this page to a specific page within
this web site but you must click on the group of words. Notice that the
group of words are a different color (blue in this case) from the rest
of the text on this page. #3 is a link from this page to an entirely different
web site. (Netscape) One thing to keep in mind is that clickable
links can be any color and will usually change to a different color once
you have clicked (viewed) them the first time, if you are accepting
cookies.
